Moody's: WBCMT 2006-C26 Ratings Unaffected by the Proposed Transfer of Special Servicing Rights
New York, June 28, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service was informed that the Directing Certificate holder intends to remove LNR Partners, Inc. as Special Servicer for the Trust under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, and to appoint CWCapital Asset Management LLC as the successor Special Servicer. The Proposed Special Servicer Transfer and Replacement will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
