New York, December 31, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has reviewed the following proposals: i) appointment of a successor collateral manager, successor advancing agent, successor servicer, and successor special servicer for Wrightwood Capital Real Estate CDO 2005-1, Ltd.(the "Issuer") and Wrightwood Capital Real Estate CDO 2005-1 LLC, (the "Co-Issuer") (the "Appointments"); ii) transfer of equity interests in WCRT Seller LLC, Wrightwood Capital DP Holder LLC, and WCRT Texas Seller LP (collectively, the "Sellers") to Wimbledon REIT Inc. (the "Transfers"); and iii) amendment and/or restatement of the organizational agreements of the Sellers (the "Amendments").
