New York, June 24, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has affirmed the following ratings on the New York City Housing Development Corporation Military Housing Revenue Bonds: A3 on 2004 Series A Class I and Baa3 on 2004 Series A Class II. This rating action affects approximately $45.2 million of rated debt. The rating outlook on both classes of debt is revised to positive from stable. A non-rated Class III bond was issued concurrently with the Class I and Class II bonds.
