Novalis S.A.S. -- Moody's confirms Elis B1 CFR; stable outlook
London, 26 November 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today confirmed the ratings of of Holdelis S.A.S (Elis) including the corporate family rating (CFR) of B1 and the probability of default rating (PDR) of B1-PD. Concurrently, Moody's has confirmed Ba3 rating of the EUR450 million of senior secured notes issued by Novalis S.A.S.. The outlook on all ratings is stable.
