New York, June 14, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") assigned a Ba3 rating to Nuance Communications, Inc.'s proposed senior unsecured notes. Moody's also affirmed the Ba3 corporate family rating, Ba3-PD probability of default rating, SGL-1 liquidity rating, and the Ba3 rating on the senior unsecured global notes due 2020. The proceeds of the notes will be used for general corporate purposes. The ratings outlook is stable.
