Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation -- Moody's changes the outlook for the Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation to Negative; ratings affirmed

Toronto, July 04, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service changed the Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation's (OEFC) outlook to negative from stable and affirmed the long-term senior unsecured ratings of the OEFC at Aa2. The change in outlook reflects the change in the outlook on the Province of Ontario (Aa2/NEG)), which guarantees OEFC's rated debt.
