PCCW-HKT Capital No. 3 Limited -- Moody's: Rights issue is credit positive for Hong Kong Telecommunications

Hong Kong, June 16, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service says that the negative outlook on Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited's Baa2 rating could revert to stable, following the successful close of the rights issue of its parent, HKT Limited (unrated), and the subsequent reduction in leverage.
