New York, February 19, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") today assigned an A1 rating to PepsiCo, Inc.'s ("PepsiCo") new issue of approximately $2 billion senior notes in multiple maturity tranches. PepsiCo will use the proceeds for general corporate purposes. Other ratings were unchanged. The outlook is stable.
