PetroQuest Energy, Inc -- Moody's revises PetroQuest's PDR to Caa3-PD/LD; affirms Caa3 CFR
New York, September 29, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) revised PetroQuest Energy, Inc's (PetroQuest) Probability of Default Rating (PDR) to Caa3-PD/LD from Caa3-PD. Moody's also affirmed PetroQuest's Corporate Family Rating (CFR) at Caa3, its unsecured notes rating at Ca, and the SGL-4 Speculative Grade Liquidity Rating. The ratings outlook remains negative.
