PGE Sweden AB (publ) -- Moody's affirms PGE's Baa1 ratings; stable outlook
London, 12 February 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) has today affirmed the Baa1 issuer rating of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (PGE). Concurrently, Moody's has affirmed a provisional long-term senior unsecured rating of (P)Baa1 on the EUR2 billion euro medium-term note programme and Baa1 senior unsecured ratings of PGE Sweden AB (publ) and guaranteed by PGE. The outlook assigned to the ratings remains stable.
