PGE Sweden AB (publ) -- Moody's downgrades PGE's rating to Baa1; stable outlook
London, 26 May 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today downgraded to Baa1 from A3 the issuer rating of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (PGE). Concurrently, Moody's has assigned a provisional long-term senior unsecured rating of (P)Baa1 to the EUR2 billion euro medium-term note (EMTN) programme of PGE Sweden AB (publ) (the "Issuer") and guaranteed by PGE (the "Guarantor"). The outlook assigned to the ratings is stable.
