London, 04 November 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today changed to stable from positive the outlook on the Baa2 issuer rating assigned to Publicis Groupe SA (Publicis) following the announcement that the company has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Sapient Corporation (Sapient, unrated) in an all-cash transaction for $25.00 per share. Concurrently, the rating agency has affirmed the ratings.
