Rogers Communications Inc. -- Moody's says Rogers' agreement with Videotron to jointly build an LTE network is credit-positive and ratings-neutral

Toronto, May 31, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) said Rogers Communications Inc.'s (Rogers; Baa1, stable) agreement with Videotron Ltee (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Quebecor Media Inc. [Ba3, stable]) to jointly build-out an expanded LTE wireless services network in the province of Quebec and the Ottawa region of Ontario, is credit-positive and ratings-neutral.
