New York, June 02, 2014 -- According to Moody's Investors Service, Eurasian integration between Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia via the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) offers economic and energy security benefits to its members, but also introduces a number of challenges, deriving from an asymmetric relationship between member states and the trade diversion effects posed by the implementation of an onerous tariff structure on non-members.
