RWE AG -- Moody's: European Utility Hybrids totalling more than €5 billion will reach their first call date in 2015
London, 16 October 2014 -- During the course of 2015, six hybrid tranches that several EU domiciled utility companies issued will reach their first call date. Moody's Investors Service has addressed questions on the options issuers have at the first call date, what factors they will consider when choosing between these options and the implications for equity credits and financial metrics.
