SB Bank -- Moody's downgrades Russia's SB Bank to Ca from Caa1; outlook developing
London, 27 January 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has today downgraded the long-term local and foreign-currency deposit ratings of SB Bank (formerly Sudostroitelny Bank, Russia) to Ca from Caa1. The downgrade primarily reflects the substantial liquidity pressure on the bank, which recently led to the cessation of cash withdrawals from customers' accounts. The outlook on the ratings is developing.
