Sigma Alimentos S.A. de C.V. -- Moody's changes Sigma Alimentos' outlook to stable from negative; affirms Baa3 ratings
New York, April 13, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) today changed Sigma Alimentos, S.A. de C.V.'s (Sigma) rating outlook to stable from negative. At the same time Moody's affirmed Sigma's Baa3 senior unsecured rating. The change in the outlook to stable reflects the company's solid operating performance, the leverage reduction Sigma has accomplished since its 2014 acquisition of Campofrio, as well as the expectation of further leverage reductions in the years ahead.
