New York, July 29, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") has affirmed the A3 insurance financial strength (IFS) ratings of Sirius International Insurance Corporation (Sirius International) and Sirius America Insurance Company (Sirius America) and the Baa3 senior debt rating of Sirius International Group, Ltd. (Sirius Group). The outlook for the ratings is stable.
