London, 10 May 2016 -- Moody's Public Sector Europe (MPSE) has repositioned the national scale ratings (NSRs) of sub-sovereign Slovak issuers with national scale rating in conjunction with the recalibration of the Slovak national rating scale. In addition, MPSE has published the global scale ratings (GSRs) of all these issuers for the first time.
