New York, November 02, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") today changed the outlook on the ratings of SunCoke Energy Inc. (SXC) to positive from stable. The company's ratings, including corporate family rating (CFR) of B2, the probability of default rating (PDR) of B2-PD, the ratings on SXC senior unsecured notes due 2019 of Caa1, and the ratings on senior unsecured notes of SunCoke Energy Partners, L.P. (SXCP) of B3 were affirmed. The Speculative Grade Liquidity rating was also affirmed at SGL-3.
