Unisys Corporation -- Moody's rates Unisys's new senior secured notes at Ba2; outlook negative
New York, September 21, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service affirmed Unisys Corp.'s ("Unisys") B1 Corporate Family Rating ("CFR") and rated the new Senior Secured Notes ("New Notes") at Ba2. Moody's expects to upgrade Unisys's existing 6.25% Senior Notes due 2017 ("Existing Notes") to Ba2 from B1 following closing of the New Notes to reflect that the Existing Notes, which were previously unsecured, will share in the collateral package backing the New Notes. The outlook is negative.
