US Silica Company, Inc. -- Moody's says U.S. Silica's capacity expansion is credit positive
New York, September 10, 2014 -- Moody's says U.S Silica Holdings, Inc.'s, the parent of U.S. Silica Company, Inc. ("U.S. Silica"), announced plans to add approximately 3.8 million tons of new capacity is a credit positive. This additional capacity will provide U.S. Silica with more product to meet increasing demand of its customers for northern white frac sand at a time when demand is outstripping supply.
