New York, May 05, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service assigned a Baa3 rating to the proposed EUR 500 million senior unsecured notes to be issued by Votorantim Cimentos SA. Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt obligations and for general corporate purposes. The ratings outlook is stable.
