Vougeot Bidco p.l.c. -- Moody's affirms VUE's B2 CFR; stable outlook
London, 27 July 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") has today affirmed the B2 Corporate Family Rating (CFR) of Vougeot Bidco p.l.c. (VUE), as well as the B2 ratings on VUE's EUR360 million Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2020 and the GBP300 million Senior Secured Notes due 2020. Concurrently, following the change in family recovery rate used to 50% from the previous 35%, Moody's has downgraded the company's Probability of Default Rating (PDR) to B2-PD from B1-PD. The PDR is now at the same level as the CFR.
