London, 04 November 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") has today assigned a provisional corporate family rating (CFR) of (P)B2 to Waste Italia S.p.A. ("Waste Italia"). Concurrently, Moody's has also assigned a (P)B2 rating to the proposed EUR 200 million senior secured notes due 2019. The outlook is stable. This is the first time Moody's has assigned a rating to Waste Italia.
