West Corporation -- Moody's assigns Ba3 rating to West Corp's new senior secured notes

New York, June 09, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service assigned a Ba3 rating to West Corporation's ("West") proposed $400 million of senior secured notes. West's B1 Corporate Family Rating (CFR), the Ba3 and B3 ratings for its senior secured and senior unsecured debt, respectively, and its SGL-1 speculative grade liquidity rating remain unchanged. The ratings outlook is stable. The company will use net proceeds from the proposed notes offering to refinance senior secured term loans. Moody's will withdraw ratings on the existing term loans and revolving credit facility to the extent that existing loans are fully repaid and cancelled as part of the proposed refinancing and the refinancing transactions announced in May 2016.
