New York, September 11, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has downgraded the senior secured rating of Westway Group, LLC (Westway or Project) to B2 from Ba3. The rating outlook continues to be negative. Westway is a mid-sized bulk liquid storage and ancillary services provider headquartered in New Orleans, LA. It is a wholly-owned by an affiliate of EQT Infrastructure II (EQT or Sponsor).
