Windsor Quality Food Co. Ltd. -- Moody's withdraws ratings of Windsor Quality Food
Windsor debt was retired after the company was acquired by Ajinomoto CoNew York, November 06, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) has withdrawn all the ratings for Windsor Quality Food Company Ltd. (Windsor), following the acquisition of parent company Windsor Quality Holdings, LP by Ajinomoto Co. Inc., and the retirement of all of its rated debt instruments on 5 November 2014. Ratings withdrawn include the company's B1 Corporate Family Rating, B1-PD Probability of Default Rating, and B2 instrument rating on the company's $350 million senior secured term loan.
