YPF Sociedad Anonima -- Moody's assigns B3 rating to YPF's proposed CHF 300 million notes due 2019
New York, September 16, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") has assigned a B3 global foreign currency rating to YPF Sociedad Anonima's (YPF)'s proposed up to CHF 300 million notes due 2019. The proceeds of the notes will be used for capital expenditure and working capital purposes. The outlook on the ratings is stable.
