(MDG:NYSE)(MNG:TSX) would like to announce that our first quarter earnings results will be released at market close on TUESDAY, MAY 10, 2005. Following the release, there will be a conference call at 9:00 a.m. ET on THURSDAY, MAY 12, 2005.
    The conference call date has been changed to reduce schedule conflicts for those attending industry mine tours on the 10th and 11th of May.
