U.S. ECRI Leading Index Growth Eases
(RTTNews) - The annualized growth in a weekly leading index, which is designed to forecast future U.S. economic growth, declined during the week ended December 6, the Economic Cycle Research Institute reportedly said Friday.
The research group said the index dropped to 131.4 from 132.7 the previous week.
The annual growth slowed to 2.8 percent in the week ended December 6 from 2.9 percent.
