The Index General Description The Index aims to track liquid US dollar emerging market fixed and floating-rate debt instruments issued by sovereign and quasi-sovereign entities. Quasi sovereign entities are defined as being 100% guaranteed or 100% owned by the government. The objective of the Index is to provide exposure to sovereign and quasi-sovereign bonds issued in USD selected and tilted on the basis of extra-financial criteria.
