The investment objective of the Fund is to provide reduced greenhouse gas emissions exposure to equity markets in Europe. In order to achieve this investment objective, the Fund will seek to track the performance of the MSCI Global Select 500 Index – Europe Subset (the “Index”) subject to the deduction of the TER and other expenses associated with operating the Fund. It will do so by investing primarily in an optimised portfolio of equity securities that, as far as possible and practicable, consists of the component securities of the Index in similar proportions to their weightings in the Index.
