An event driven strategy seeks to opportunistically capitalise on information and other inefficiencies resulting from corporate, market, or other types of events and situations. In addition to the implementation of the rules-based approach, the Investment Manager identifies the investible universe by applying a series of ESG-related screens and exclusions.
