The Sub-Fund will aim to achieve its objective through investing primarily (meaning at least three quarters of the Sub-Fund's Net Asset Value) in a portfolio of equity and equity-related securities issued by large-capitalisation companies located worldwide whilst taking environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors into account.
