The Sub-Fund will seek to offer exposure, through its investment in the Master Fund, to a diversified portfolio of investments with a focus on current income and capital appreciation. To achieve its investment objective, the Master Fund will seek to implement an opportunistic credit focused approach, intending to capitalise on opportunities across the entirety of the performing credit spectrum with a flexible and opportunistic mandate, investing primarily in the private and public credit markets globally, as well as select opportunities in distressed credit.
