The Sub-Fund is categorized as a SFDR Article 9 Product. There can be no assurance that the Sub-Fund will achieve its objectives. The Sub-Fund is actively managed. This means that the Sub-Investment Manager is free to select investments with the aim of achieving the Sub-Fund’s objectives. The Sub-Fund uses the MSCI World Net Total Return Index denominated in the relevant Reference Currency for calculation of the Performance Fee (combined with a High Water Mark, as defined and further described below). The Company may change the Sub-Fund’s performance comparison benchmark index without prior notice. Any such change will be communicated to Shareholders and updated in the Prospectus at the next available opportunity.
