Under normal market conditions, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in investment grade fixed income securities and money market instruments that are listed or traded on Recognised Markets. The Fund may invest in aggregate up to 10% of its net assets in securities (including Rule 144A securities) that are either rated below investment grade or are unrated at the time of purchase. A security shall be classified as investment grade if it has an investment grade rating (in one of the four highest rating categories) from at least one Recognised Rating Agency. A security shall be classified as unrated if it is not rated by any Recognised Rating Agency.
