Addtech to make a decision on share split

At a Board meeting today, the Board of Addtech (STO:ADDTB) made a decision on calling an extraordinary general meeting in November 2013 to decide whether to split the company’s shares. The aim is to achieve an appropriate number of shares for the company.

The Board intends to propose a split that means that each share in the company will be divided into three shares.
