After-market Movers For July 15 (BRO, NQ, MPC, HSII, CTAS, JOEZ)

(RTTNews) - Gainers:

Brown & Brown, Inc. (BRO) rose 2 percent to $10.55 after reporting that its second quarter profit and revenues were higher than prior year levels and above Street view.

NQ Mobile Inc. (NQ) gained over 7 percent to $10.55. The company raised its second quarter revenue forecast. The company noted that its businesses are performing extremely well. The company also announced that it agreed to purchase the remaining 45 percent stake in its subsidiary, NationSky, and expects the transaction to be accretive in its third quarter 2013.

Decliners:

Marathon Petroleum Corp. (MPC) declined 2 percent to $71.60. The company expects to report earnings for the second quarter of 2013 below prior year. The company noted that its Refining and Marketing segment results are expected to be negatively impacted versus prior year by a number of factors, such as lower crude oil price differentials and product realizations compared to spot market values.

Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (HSII) fell more than 10 percent to $15.99. The company announced that its board has concluded its exploration of strategic alternatives, and has determined a standalone strategy is the best way to maximize value for shareholders. The company also announced that Kevin Kelly has stepped down as its chief executive and resigned from its board. Jory Marino, Regional Leader, Americas, will serve in the role of Interim CEO.

Cintas Corp. (CTAS) declined 3 percent to $46.19. The company's fourth quarter profit improved from the prior year period, but missed Wall Street view. Revenues increased 7.2 percent and matched the consensus estimate. The company forecast fiscal-year 2014 earnings per share below Street view and revenues in-line with analysts' estimate.

Joe's Jeans Inc. (JOEZ) fell 11 percent to $1.65 following the news that it agreed to acquire privately-held Hudson Clothing Holdings, Inc. for a total purchase price of about $97.6 million.
