    ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 11, 2005--Martin J. Lyons, Ameren Corporation (NYSE:AEE) vice president and controller, will speak Tuesday, April 12, at 12:30 p.m. (EDT) at the Williams Capital Group/Berenson & Co. Midwest Utilities Seminar.
    Lyons plans to present an overview of Ameren's business strategy and financial performance.
