AptarGroup Q3 Profit Rises; Issues Q4 EPS Outlook

(RTTNews) - AptarGroup Inc. (ATR) reported that its third-quarter net income attributable to company was $45.3 million, or $0.67 per share, compared to $42.1 million or $0.62 per share in the previous year quarter.

Net sales rose 6% to $623.64 million from $589.60 million in the comparable quarter last year.

On average, twelve analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report profit of $0.71 per share on revenue of $627.68 million for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company expects fourth quarter earnings per share to be in the range of $0.62 to $0.67. Analysts currently expect third quarter earnings of $0.65 per share.
