ArvinMeritor Appoints Terry Huch Director of Investor Relations

TROY, Mich., May 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ArvinMeritor, Inc. today announced that Terry Huch is named director of Investor Relations for the company, effective June 5. In this role, he will be responsible for global investor strategy, which encompasses developing and communicating ArvinMeritor's financial fundamentals and strategic vision to the company's shareowners and financial constituents.

"We're very pleased to have Terry join our team -- his solid background in automotive, international and fixed income investor relations will be extremely beneficial to our organization," said Jim Donlon, senior vice president and CFO. "Specifically, his financial expertise and leadership experience will help us continue to build strong relationships with our investors and analysts."

Huch most recently served as manager of International Investor Relations for Ford Motor Co. He has held roles of increasing responsibility with Ford since 1993, including manager of Fixed Income Investor Relations; finance manager for Mustang, Thunderbird, Taurus and Sable programs; and supervisor of Worldwide Engineering Analysis.

He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, and a master's of business administration from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pa.
