AvalonBay Communities Announces 19% Advance In Q4 Earnings

(RTTNews) - AvalonBay Communities (AVB) revealed a profit for its fourth quarter that gained ground from last year.

The company said its bottom line came in at $273.12 million, or $1.99 per share. This was up from $230.27 million, or $1.74 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.
