Avantor CFO Brent Jones To Step Down

(RTTNews) - Avantor, Inc.(AVTR), a provider of products and services to the life sciences and advanced technology industries, said on Wednesday that its chief financial officer, R. Brent Jones, will step down on or before June 24.

Subsequently, the company has appointed Steve Eck, senior vice president and chief accounting officer, as interim CFO upon Jones' departure.

Eck has been working as Avantor's chief accounting officer since 2019 with responsibility for financial reporting and internal controls.

In addition, the company noted that it has initiated a search for a suitable candidate to replace Jones.
