Bassett Furniture Industries Inc Q2 Profit Retreats 25%

(RTTNews) - Bassett Furniture Industries Inc (BSET) released earnings for second quarter that dropped compared to the same period last year.

The company said its profit declined to $3.38 million, or $0.31 per share. This was down from $4.53 million, or $0.42 per share, in last year's second quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 4.4% to $106.66 million. This was down from $111.55 million last year.
