Benefit Cosmetics Chooses End-to-End E-Commerce and Phone Order Solutions from Amazon Services for United States and United Kingdom
Amazon Services, Amazon Services Europe, and Benefit Cosmeticstoday announced that Benefit Cosmetics has chosen the Amazon ServicesEnterprise Solution to develop and support new Benefit Cosmeticsonline and phone order offerings for the United States and UnitedKingdom. A subsidiary of leading luxury group LVMH Moet Hennessy LouisVuitton, Benefit Cosmetics is one of the fastest-growing cosmeticscompanies in the United States and is rapidly expanding itsinternational presence. Under the multiyear agreement, Amazon Servicesand Amazon Services Europe will provide phone order processing and anend-to-end e-commerce solution for Benefit Cosmetics U.S. and U.K. Websites, including design and usability, technology platform, orderfulfillment, and customer service for orders placed online. Both Websites and phone order services are scheduled to launch later thisyear.

Amazon Services and Amazon Services Europe will provide BenefitCosmetics with an end-to-end e-commerce solution that includes Amazontechnology and e-commerce expertise. Amazon shopping technology suchas one-step checkout, Search and Navigation, Personalization, Orderingand Payments, Wish Lists, and Recommendations will be available toBenefit Cosmetics online customers, and order fulfillment and customerservice will be operated by Amazon's global network of fulfillment andcustomer service centers.
