Best Buy Extends Multi-Year Fire TV Partnership With Amazon
(RTTNews) - Wednesday, Best Buy Co., Inc. (BBY) and Amazon.com, Inc. (AMZN) announced an expanded multiyear Fire TV partnership, which will bring the Fire TV experience to Insignia TVs and create more connected TV advertising opportunities through Best Buy Ads.
Under the partnership, Best Buy Ads will use Amazon Ads' programmatic technology from February 2027, including AI-powered tools, to help brands plan, activate, optimize and measure advertising campaigns.
The company noted that Best Buy Ads and Amazon Ads will help brands reach relevant audiences with video and display Fire TV ads on televisions.
In pre-market hours, AMZN was trading at $255.66, up 0.27 percent on the Nasdaq, and BBY was trading at $95.00, up 0.16 percent on the NYSE.
