Bonava sells building rights through the jointly owned company Stora Ursvik KB for SEK 222 M

Bonava and Vasakronan sells building rights in Sundbyberg through their jointly owned company Stora Ursvik KB to Ikano Bostad AB, Lindbäcks Boende AB and Hökerum Bygg AB. The total purchase price amounts to SEK 444 M, of which Bonava’s share amounts to SEK 222 M. The divestment includes residential building rights for västra Ursvik in Sundbyberg, Stockholm.
– The transaction is part of our strategy to enhance our portfolio and at the same time we increase the development pace and customer offering in Ursvik, says Joachim Hallengren, President and CEO of Bonava.
The transaction will have a positive impact on earnings and will be recognized in profit in Bonava Sweden when the zoning plan becomes effective, preliminarily during the fourth quarter of 2017.
