Bong AB: Håkan Gunnarsson Appointed as New CEO for Bong

The Board of Directors have appointed Håkan Gunnarsson as new CEO for Bong AB (STO:BONG). Håkan Gunnarsson will assume the CEO position as of 1 January 2017. Håkan Gunnarsson has served as CFO in Bong over the last four years.

After a successful restructuring process Stéphane Hamelin will step down as CEO by year end and the transition of duties to Håkan Gunnarsson will start during the fourth quarter. The recruitment process for a new CFO will start immediately. Stéphane Hamelin will continue to be a member of the board and will also remain Bong’s largest shareholder.
